- Articulate and act per the policies, procedures, mission, and vision of the St. Louis Archdiocese and Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School.
- Properly plan and deliver quality instruction utilizing the Gradual Release Model and formulating assessments to facilitate higher-order thinking.
- Integrate instructional technology in the classroom and implement project-based learning activities.
- Manage and maintain a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
- Use an online student data system and Google applications.
- In addition, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the vocation of teaching and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
