After School Support – Begins Monday, August 25, 2025Limited to 35 Scholars – Sign Up Required
Dear Parents and Guardians,
After School Support will begin Monday, August 25, 2025. This program is limited to 35 slots, and only scholars who are signed up will be allowed to attend. Attendance will be taken daily.
This service is intended only for families who need pick-up after 3:00 PM—it is not for socializing or staying late without purpose.
Program Hours
Mondays: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesdays–Fridays: 2:37 PM – 5:00 PM
Important Guidelines
Athletes should report directly to practice, a Coaching Staff Supervised Study Hall, or go home and return for later practices.
This is a study-only environment. School rules for behavior will apply.
Scholars must remain in the assigned area until picked up.
All pick-ups occur at the front of the school on North Spring
Parents must contact the scholar by call or text, and the scholar must show this to the After School Support Teacher before leaving. The phone number must match the one on the sign-up list.
Detentions may be issued for violating procedures.
All scholars must be picked up no later than 5:00 PM.
Additional Notes
The program may be canceled due to inclement weather.
